'Remote Viewer' Ed Dames predicts, "Chandra Levy's body will be found in the Potomac river," as was voiced on the Art Bell radio show of August 4, 2001

On the Art Bell 'Coast to Coast' radio broadcast (8/4/01), alleged 'Remote Viewer' Ed Dames rather crudely and callously remarked the following--to which I will 'counter-predict' below:

* What Ed Dames related on the Art Bell show concerning Ms. Levy:

1. Chandra Levy is dead (many in law enforcement already suspect this).

2. Chandra was murdered by a man she was involved with.

3. Her body will come to the surface, "any day now," on Washington, DC's Potomac River (USA), to be 'found' near the Arlington Cemetery river bridge.

4. Chandra knew the killer--and 'he' is not a 'public official.'

5. Dames claims he has two (2) 'profiles' of the killer--and he (Dames) will go to Washington, DC on August 19, 2001, to present law enforcement with these 'profiles' and a 'drawing' of the killer.

* It should first be noted that Ed Dames 'swore off' working on 'missing person cases' some years back--mostly due to his complete and total failures of information given via his 'remote viewing,' as he noted on the recent interview.

UPDATE: As of today, October 12, 2001, Ed Dames' 'prediction' has not proven true, this--68 odd days after his predicted, "any day now," discovery of Ms. Levy's body.

 2nd UPDATE:

It was announced today, May 22, 2002, that Chandra Levy's  body remains were found buried in a shallow grave in Washington, DC's Rock Creek Park. This changes the investigation from a 'missing person,' to a 'murder' case. Her remains were found by a jogger and his dog. By early evening, the police had identified the body as being Ms. Levy's--without a doubt.

I will be contacting once again, the Washington police, the FBI and Ms. Levy's parents to offer to assist in finding the murderer in this tragic case.  JL

I was completely amazed and appalled at Ed Dames' callous and cold remarks regarding this tragic case, speaking as if Ms. Levy were a bag of trash someone had misplaced--and it was his misfortune to try to find her. His comments were totally uncalled for--and certainly lacking in compassion for Ms. Levy's family and friends.

Art Bell didn't help matters by stating: "Murder is such an intriguing thing." (Direct quote from the Art Bell show of August 4, 2001, around 1 am CDT).

That radio interview was so discrediting, to state the very least--whether true or untrue, in Ed Dames' assertions, or, 'predictions' of Ms. Levy's missing from the public world, that anyone would be sickened and troubled by his demeanor in speaking of such a tragedy.

My 'counter predictions':

1. I agree that Ms. Levy was indeed murdered.

2. I disagree: she was NOT murdered by someone (Dames says a 'man') she was 'involved with.'

3. Her 'body' will not be found, "any day now," in the Potomac river near any bridge.

4. I'm not so sure at this writing (8/5/01) that the killer was not a 'public official.' In fact: it may well have been a public official, as time will tell . . .

5. Dames' two (2) 'profiles' and even the 'drawing' of this alleged 'killer' will be completely erroneous.

* What I have related to the Washington police and FBI  will not be made public by me--until such time as it becomes safe to the investigation to do so.

Any 'missing person' case is a loss for all of us in this, and other societies, and is a topic that should not be presented so callously as Ed Dames has done--in a public forum--such as the radio broadcast on the Art Bell show. Through God's good graces: Ms. Levy's case will be solved--to bring closure to her family and friends. Our prayers go with them during this time of uncertainty--and tragedy.

Sincerely in truth,

Jason  Greywolf Leigh
