The below (and the following links), are the actual email (s) with 'replies' included, recently received regarding the documents of 'TPS' chemicals used on the 'external tanks' and the 'Orbiters' in the Space Shuttle program, which have been posted herein. As you will read; there may be an 'alleged' infraction of Federal laws by posting these documents on the World Wide Web, which has never been our intentions, but rather: to discover the truth about the hazards of these chemicals becoming 'air borne' and effecting those people and animals below, in its path, since the disaster of the Columbia flew overhead and left a 'debris field,' hundreds of miles in diameter!

That would be fine. If you could give me a day's notice; I'd be grateful.
Best wishes for your litigations . . .

I probably won't be able to call until early next week. I have litigation documents that I am working on for a Friday deadline.

Yes, indeed.
If we could do that tomorrow, I'd be grateful.
I had an operation last week and I feel not too good tonight.

Dear Judi and Christi:
Thank you both so very much for looking into this serious matter on behalf of myself, and those who seek the truth . . .
Question: are we in trouble since posting these documents?
As I stated below, I fail to see just how 'dangerous' this information could possibly be to any nation and or person, apart from the 'health hazards' of the compounds themselves, which was my intention in the first place; NOT to freely spread information that could be made into a horror.
I suppose that to play it safe, I should, Christi, go ahead and request 'paper copies' of the stated information, if you wouldn't mind.
But the question still looms: are we breaking the prevailing laws by posting this information now?
I certainly hope not.
Thank you both in advance of your tireless efforts . . .
Sincerely,
Jason
BTW: we DID issue a 'no right click' block on the pages, which means that no one can copy the info, although some highly trained 'hackers' could likely figure something out . . .
