"The Dawn of Man," painted using acrylic paints. The 'white' designs were created for blind people to 'feel' the outlines, which means that this area of the painting is raised above the blue background by about 1/4 of an inch. The painting is heavy--weighing about 5 pounds (8"x10"), with additional tubes of paints used to rise above the background.
