Misspelled 'search word' at NASA's FOIA listing page!

* On the evening of Saturday, 03/08/03, I went to the NASA FOIA website index to see if they had posted my request, after I had sent them an email asking why my first request for information on 'Polymeric Isocyanate' (which is the highly toxic combination of chemicals used in the 'TPS' insulation on the External Tanks of Space Shuttles), was not posted along with the requests from others? The below email speaks for itself:

Mr. Brian Dunbar, Internet Services Manager,
NASA Public Affairs Office

Greetings Mr. Dunbar.

Sir:

I see that my FOIA requests have been posted at the below link, although I
am concerned as there is a glaring problem:

The NASA 'Columbia's FOIA Request page (in Acrobat pdf format)

* Please be advised that the word, 'Isocyanate' is misspelled (incorrectly
posted as 'Isocyanine') within the 'pdf' listings under the headings of,
"External Tank (page 1)," and, "Safety Concerns (page 2)," which can be
misleading to not only the readers of this information, but may also be
misinterpreted by your researchers who would attempt to obtain this
information, and or documents for me and be lead to a dead end; needlessly.

This would be most unfortunate for us both, as I would then have to resubmit
these requests, causing us both a great deal of time and hassle.

I know that these words are as I wrote them to you (they are the last
entries under both headings as of 03/08/03), as you can see for yourselves
with the following paste from your request form that I filled out:
Name: Jason Leigh
Address: P.O. Box 377
Cleburne, Texas 76033
Phone #: 817<snip for privacy>
Fax #:
E-mail: jasonsos@digitex.net
------------------------------------------------------------

* From the NASA FOIA request form (my words in white):
Select the type of document that you are requesting:
Other
Description:
Any and all information on 'TPS,' Polymeric Isocyanite,
used on the 'external tank' of the Space Shuttle missions.
Also, the dangers of Polymeric Isocyanite if 'air borne'
over populated areas.
------------------------------------------------------------

As you can see from the above, I, too, misspelled the word, although when I
worked at 'MMC,' we called it by both names: 'Isocyanate,' and 'Isocyanade.'

Nevertheless, 'Polymeric Isocyanate' is the chemical name given to the 'TPS'
sprayed onto the 'External Tanks' for the Shuttle Projects.

Please do what you can to rectify this error.

Thanking you in advance of your efforts. I remain,
Sincerely,
Jason Leigh
