The
Dragon awakes me before the sun, . .
when
a new day, has yet begun.
As
my eyes open dazed to this unborn day, . .
I
see that our fight,
The
Dragon fires-up his tempered breath, full force,
then
the battle begins, as I consider my course . . .
Like
a feather blown upon a mighty, distant wind:
he
greets me like, . . a long
Somehow
then--alone I see, . .
myself,
from another time;
looking
back at me . . .
I
twist my sword tightly, and wail to be free . . .
When
I remember the road, . .
Then
the Dragon of Pain roars with great glee,
when
he knows that he brings me
back
again---to me . . .
Slay
the Dragon.
