Were
Nikola Tesla’s inventions ESP prompted?
In his, “My Inventions”
articles of 1919 (published in
the Electrical Experimenter—a total of six articles), Nikola Tesla reflects
upon his early childhood, some incredible situations (unbeknownst to him at the
time), which we nowadays would refer to as being, “psychic” in origin.
I not only consider this ‘ESP
connection’ to have been the reality of Tesla’s recollections based upon not
only how he describes what happened to him, but also on a subjective level of
understanding, as I, myself, am a proven clairvoyant.
In terms of who this man Nikola Tesla
was—and what he did in his life of being the most prodigious inventor of all
time—we shall not discuss herein—as the focus will be directed as titled,
given to the hope that you may know a bit about who he was—or that you will
want to find out even more. I encourage you to discover him:
“In my boyhood I suffered from a peculiar affliction due to the appearance of ‘images,’ often accompanied by strong flashes of light, which marred the sight of ‘real’ objects and interfered with my thought and action. There were pictures of things and scenes which I had really seen, never of those I imagined.”

In terms of ESP or *clairvoyance* (meaning
‘see clearly’ in French), one ‘sees’ ‘things’ or ‘surroundings,’
which are very much real and identifiable to them although made up of the
‘images’ of things yet to come, for instance; envisioning a plane crash: the
experiencer ‘sees’ an airplane (known object) crashed (or crashing) on a
runway or some other location—both of which to be understood as being images
of ‘real objects.’
“This caused me great discomfort
and anxiety. None of the students of psychology or physiology whom I have
consulted could ever explain satisfactorily these phenomena.”
In the year 1919, ESP and or ‘psychic’ abilities were considered
‘parlor tricks’ and had yet to be accepted as a real, or a tangible subject
for scientific research as we would—and have--accepted it as being today (2001
AD). Therefore, we will read on of Tesla’s avoidance of this concept. He
believed it to have been an ‘illness.’
“The theory I have formulated is that the images were the result of a reflex action from the brain on the retina under great excitation. They certainly were not hallucinations such as are produced in diseased and anguished minds, for in other respects I was normal and composed.”
After an undisclosed time frame, Tesla began to accept this new found
‘affliction’ as being something he would have to learn to live, and deal
with. He writes of his personally developed methods for using this
‘creative-mind,’ which he incorporated into his daily life, and by age
seventeen:
“This
I did constantly until I was about seventeen when my thoughts turned seriously
to invention. Then I observed to my delight that I could visualize with the
greatest facility. I needed no models, drawings or experiments. I could picture
them all as real in my mind. Thus, I have been led unconsciously to evolve what
I consider a new method of materializing inventive concepts and ideas, which is
radically opposite to the purely experimental and is in my opinion ever so much
more expeditious and efficient.”
Tesla describes his active form of the ‘visualizing’ of new concepts of invention, most of which came to him as an ‘impression’ within his mind—which led him to develop an invention into reality—based upon the impression he received in his meditative state:
“Soon I became aware, to my surprise, that every thought I conceived was
suggested by an external impression.”
Of course, we should not forget that Tesla was indeed a very rare and
ingenious man—not only of his time—but also unto this very day. His
inventions continue to be in use worldwide, such as the ‘Tesla Coil’ and the
‘Tesla Transformer,’ and some of them have yet to be realized, just as the
most extraordinary of which have continued to be suppressed. Case in point:
the “World Wireless System,” which was not just a concept of and for free
electrical power and transmissions, but he had proven that the invention would
work! ‘Energy, without wires!!!
In fact, Tesla developed this application in
his laboratory by creating pressures of 4,000,000 (4 million) volts of
electricity with a discharge (like a lightning bolt) of 16 feet within the confines of this
building—without wires! But he needed and wanted an out-of-doors application,
which would then enable the world to share in ‘free energy,’ again; without
the usage of wires. A tower of 186 feet in height and 68 feet in diameter was
built at his expense from 1901-1903 on Long Island, New York, which was strangely demolished in
1917 (as World War 1 had begun), and despite rumors in the media that it was
destroyed by the US government, Tesla wrote in 1919:
“On this occasion I would
contradict the widely circulated report that the structure was demolished by the
Government (USA) which owing to war conditions, might have created prejudice, .
. “ <snip> “If this report had a foundation I would have been refunded
a large sum of money which I expended in the construction of the tower.”
This ‘World Wireless System’ was
conceived via a ‘vision’ in his mind while watching the reactions between a
lighting storm—followed by rain. He envisioned the world being irrigated with
water in arid deserts, creating lakes and rivers where there had previously been
droughts—and people were dying—needlessly . . .
“My project was retarded by laws of
nature. The world was not prepared for it. It was too far ahead of time. But the
same laws will prevail in the end and make it a triumphal success.”
Had his ‘World Wireless System’ power
plant been incorporated, some of the benefits the world would have reaped would
have (but as we shall see—most are already in use today) been as follows (the
comments in parenthesis are my own):
1. “The inter-connection of all the present [1919] telephone exchanges or offices on the Globe.” (Fiber-optics—Communication Satellites).
2.
“The
establishment of a ‘World-System’ of musical distribution.” (AM and FM
radio signals: all ‘wireless’).
3.
“The
world transmission of typed or handwritten characters, letters, checks,
etc.” (E-mail and Fax machines).
4.
“The
world reproduction of photographic pictures and all kinds of drawings or
records.” (The World Wide Web: the ‘Internet’).
Note:
These
are only four (4) of Tesla's twelve (12) sighted points of the application of
his magnificent invention, all of which, are in use today (2001),
envisioned over 86 years ago, all based upon his development of ‘free
energy’ . . .
I can relate to this ‘conception of
rejection,’ being a ‘proven clairvoyant’ myself, and having taken many
years—no—decades in the excepting of this ‘power’ in my own life as
being a ‘God-given-gift,’ I, too, have wrestled with the beast of rejection
long ago, and unto this very day.
In closing, I would include Tesla’s prophetic vision in his own words of not only a better world for future generations and the world as a whole, but also of a warning of corruption, which he, himself, had pondered in his day:
“If we were to release the energy of
‘atoms’ or discover some other way of developing cheap and unlimited power
at any point of the globe, this accomplishment, instead of being a blessing,
might bring disaster to mankind in giving rise to dissension and anarchy which
would ultimately result in the enthronement of the hated regime of force. The
greatest good will come from technical improvements tending to unification and
harmony, and my wireless transmitter is preeminently such.”
